LOCATION: 2301 East Grace Street.

ARTIST: Allen Jessee.

DEDICATION: 1978.

DESCRIPTION: Bronze figure of an odd man with what appears to be a tutu from certain angles. The tails of his coat are upturned in the wind, giving the impression of wings.
